Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features may be offered as paid subscriptions through the App Store. All billing and refunds are handled by Apple according to their terms. We do not store full payment information.

User Content

You are responsible for content you create or upload in the App. You grant us a limited license to use such content solely to operate and improve the App.

Privacy

Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy available at /privacy.

Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error‑free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aligned and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new Terms.
